Members of the public are invited to provide comments on Californias proposed rules for cannabis businesses. The Bureau of Cannabis Control and other agencies seek public comments as they consider a permanent set of rules replacing those temporarily in place. Some cannabis consumers are still buying their products on a criminal level, despite Californias newly regulated legal market. A report published by the Bay Area-based cannabis delivery company Eaze found that 18 percent of Californias marijuana consumers are buying from unlicensed suppliers, reports Marijuana Moment. Molson Coors Brewing Co. is teaming up with a cannabis company in Canada as beer companies look to fend off competition from North Americas growing marijuana market. Molson said Wednesday it will form a joint venture with Quebec-based licensed producer The Hydropothecary Corp. to develop nonalcoholic, cannabis-infused beverages for the Canadian market following legalization.
