Theres one major pain point for Oregon marijuana business owners that eclipses all others: a supply glut caused by too much cannabis and insufficient demand. The surplus of wholesale cannabis has shifted the dynamics of the states MJ industry. It has forced growers to cut costs and eliminate staff. A new report on Oregons marijuana industry sheds more light on the massive oversupply there and the huge illegal trade across state lines, issues that need to be addressed immediately, the states top federal law enforcement official said.  Denver prosecutors hone in on cannabis company Sweet Leafs top brass, owners

Prosecutors dismissed the last of the charges against budtenders of the once high-flying Colorado marijuana retailer Sweet Leaf but said Monday the companys management and co-owners remain under investigation and that more criminal charges likely will emerge.
