An activist group in North Dakota filed paperwork to begin petitioning for another adult use marijuana legalization ballot initiative in 2020. The group then withdrew the measure so they can amend the language. Members of the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission have decided to advance plans to regulate social marijuana use facilities. Hours after numerous media outlets including us had the Denver magic mushroom initiative going down to defeat Tuesday night, it managed a near-miraculous last-minute comeback to squeak out a victory by a margin of 50.56 percent to 49.44 percent, late Wednesday afternoon, according to unofficial Denver Election Division results. A bill that would allow marijuana deliveries in Colorado is heading to the governors desk following a final vote in the Senate on Wednesday. And separate legislation providing for cannabis tasting rooms could be soon to follow. If signed into law, the two bills would represent some of the most significant expansions of the states legal cannabis program since voters approved legalization in 2012.
