At both the federal and state levels, DPA is actively involved in the legislative process. We seek to roll back the excesses of the drug war, block new, harmful initiatives, and promote sensible drug policy reforms. We also have an advocacy grants program that seeks to promote policy change and advance drug policy reform at the local, state, and national levels. The grants program gives out annual grants as well as rapid response grants to organizations working for reform. |
