| Bonsais new state-of-the-art cannabis cultivation facility utilizes the latest in double ended lighting, CO2, irrigation, custom fabricated rolling tables, custom fabricated trellising, and automated plant feeding technology. Our extremely energy efficient water chiller HVAC system utilizes three 100 ton water chillers, that reduces our energy consumption by 1/3 and we are able to reclaim and reuse 1000 gallons of RO water produced by our dehumidification system. We incorporated a 55 foot print for our light layout, reducing our buildings 1000w DE fixture needs by 400 fixtures. By reducing the amount of lights that we run and strategically managing our plant canopy, we are able to produce as much product as any other provider in the same sq ft space, with 40 less energy consumption.
