Patients and caregivers founded the collective in 2001, as a community‐based solution to the need for safe access to medical cannabis. Our experienced staff is knowledgeable about medical cannabis and professionally trained to give members the best possible service.PCC has its origins in the grassroots effort to adopt and expand medical cannabis laws. PCC founders, staff, and members were instrumental in adopting Proposition 215 and Berkeleys medical cannabis ordinances. They helped found and continue to sponsor Americans for Safe Access ASA, the nations leading medical cannabis patients advocacy organization. |
