| PHASE 1 - 50,000 SQ FT GREENHOUSE COMPLEXFIFTY FIRSTs initial development phase will consist of a 50,000 square foot greenhouse complex and 25,000 square foot custom built, proprietary production & office facility built on the companys initial 5 acres of land. 12 growing rooms approximately 4,200 square feet per room are expected to produce up to 3,500 kg per year of cannabis. Each growing room will have fully internalized HVAC control, be temperature controlled using mechanical heating and cooling systems, and outfitted with CO2, humidity and climate control. The overall facility will be built based on level 9 security specifications and contain a 1,000 square foot vault allowing for 15,000 kg of storage. |
