On Friday, New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu went on the offensive against efforts to legalize and regulate cannabis. He pledged to veto any legalization bill that reaches his desk, and he publicly asked the Governors Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery to join him in making a strong stand against reform efforts in the legislature.
